No, you do not have to use psychedelics to work with me. While psychedelic insights can be a powerful tool for some clients, my approach is intentionally designed around you and tailored to your specific needs and comfort level. We can focus entirely on more conventional coaching techniques if preferred.

The use of psychedelics is conducted legally within the context of retreats held in jurisdictions where such practices are permitted, such as Costa Rica. For coaching sessions conducted outside these retreats, we do not use or distribute any plant medicines or substances, but rather, we discuss insights that may come from past experiences or future plans. Your location and state laws are fully respected and adhered to.

Psychedelic insights are incorporated through reflective discussions and integration techniques. If you have had psychedelic experiences, we can explore the insights gained and work on integrating those into your personal and professional life. The focus is on understanding and applying these insights to foster growth and transformation through new habits and rituals.

I am certified by Columbia Business School’s coaching program and by the Psychedelic Coaching Institute. I also hold certifications in the Team Diagnostic Survey, Neethling Brain Instrument (NBI), Leadership Circle Profile, and am a member of the International Coaching Federation.
